You may return your dress to us within 3 business days of receiving the package. We will issue you a store credit for the cost of the item, which will be valid for SIX MONTHS. We are only able to accept returns on items but they must be in original condition, unworn with tags attached. In addition, Special Order items are not eligible for return.
To return an item please contact us for a return authorization number (RMA number), and write that number on the outside of your return package.
If your dress is damaged when you receive it, please contact us the day you receive it for a return label and we will replace the item.
If you refuse a package from PENELOPE BOUTIQUE we will treat it as a return and issue you a store credit for the cost of the item.
Items Returned Without an RMA
If you return an item to PENELOPE BOUTIQUE without first being issued an RMA#, your purchase will incur a 50% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted directly from the issuance of store credit.
We are able to do special orders on items not found on our webpage. Please contact us for this.
Store Credit Policy
Returned items will be issued credit with the following deductions:
For orders which were eligible for Free Shipping, a $10.00 deduction will be applied to the issuance of store credit. Any future store credit orders are still eligible for Free Shipping.
Any items purchased through the use of store credit, will become Final Sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on Final Sale items.
PENELOPE BOUTIQUE is an authorized retailer for all the designers on our website. You can find us listed as an authorized retailer on the manufacturer’s websites, and when you order a dress from us it will ship in the original manufacturer packaging with original tags attached.
We offer a Price Match Guarantee on all our products. To be eligible for a price match, the competition retailer must be authorized by the designer to sell the item at that price, and they must have the item in that same color and size currently available in stock.
All items are subject to stock availability. While many are in stock, we may have to special order your item. When you select your size and color, you will see the estimated shipping time appear below. Rush shipping options are sometimes available, please contact us to discuss rush options. Please note that items available as a special order are not eligible for return.
We request that all customers enter a wear date for their dress at checkout. If no wear date is specified, then we will proceed with the order if it will be able to ship within the time frame noted on the website at the time of order. If the dress will not ship until after the specified ship date, we will contact the customer either by phone or email. If we do not hear from the customer within 72 hours, we will cancel the order.
Once an order has been placed it can not be cancelled without incurring a 50% cancellation fee.
Shipping is FREE on all orders shipping within the United States over $500.00. While shipping method is at our discretion, we typically use UPS. You can usually expect your package to arrive within 5 to 7 business days.
